SUMMARY:Meditation Training for all levels (beginners and advanced)
DESCRIPTION:Teachers: Paul Condon\nDates: Sept 13\, October 11\, November 8\, December 13\nEvent type: Hybrid\nOrganization: Dharma Refuge\nFor information and registration: https://www.dharmarefuge.com/meditation-training.html \nThis 8 month series will will explore Mahayana Buddhist perspectives on Buddha Nature\, which refers to the underlying nature of all of our minds. Buddha Nature is our source of healing\, well-being\, joy\, compassion\, and wisdom. This exploration will be supported by practices of sustainable compassion and wisdom\, a series of meditations that help us experience ourselves within a field of love and care\, which helps open the mind to advanced meditative practices of deep relaxation\, calm\, insight\, and non-dual awareness. These inner resources can support our efforts to care for others and the world. \nThe sessions will complement Dharma Refuge’s new series Bodhisattva Training: Becoming Beings of Wisdom and Love\, which will include live teachings with Sue Kochan and pre-recorded teachings from Anam Thubten Rinpoche. Paul’s sessions will explore how the SCT training complements the Bodhisattva training through practical instruction\, guided meditation and Q&A.
