Catherine Rotchford began studying Tibetan Buddhism and practicing meditation with John Makransky, at Boston College in 1995, and has been teaching since 2010. Catherine is inspired to share the practices for sustainable compassion with both beginners and experienced meditation students, because of their power to impact relationships with self and others. Through the practices, students access a deeper, more accepting, more present way of loving themselves and others, which has always been within them. Catherine works in impact investing, and swims and surfs in the paradise of Encinitas, just north of San Diego, California.

Tamara Daly and Yonder Gillihan will lead SCT teachings and meditations online, and also in person at Eliot Church (474 Centre St, Newton, MA).
